Purchasing IT isn’t always easy. DOES needs to consider what hardware and software solutions will work well for the agency, which funds are the right ones to pay for a purchase, and how to ensure the necessary people sign off at the right time.
This form exists to provide some structure around that process. We seek to make it easy on the requestor (you!) while making sure we get the necessary information and approvals for purchasing.
